Refund policy
You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to seek a refund under our 30-day return policy.
Your object must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be qualified for a refund. The invoice or other evidence of buying is also required.
You can get in touch with us at hg758a@gmail.com to begin a refund. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return mailing label and shipping directions. We won't take items that are sent back to us without first asking a return.

Damages and issues
Please check your purchase when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is incorrect, broken, or faulty so we can look into it and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the reimbursement was authorized. If accepted, a reimbursement will be made immediately using your initial payment option. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to handle and publish the reimbursement.

3. Customers just need to print the return sticker that we will give them.
4. The turnaround time for the merchandise is 15 days.
5. Products that are being returned must be brand-new, unused, and still in their original wrapping.
6. The policy's applicable money is the GBP.
7. There isn't a return fee here.
8. Customers are not responsible for the expense of returning faulty goods.
